  • ***Please review the following Service Policies in their entirety. BeauTee For Ashes will not accommodate or make exceptions for those who fail to read or follow our Service Policies in their entirety. These Service Policies allow BeauTee For Ashes to operate an efficient and professional beauty enhancement service for the clients we serve.***

    • Children MUST sit (still) for service!!

    • Please do not book if you are aware of your child’s unwillingness to remain seated during the braiding session.

    • If your child’s session must end due to your inability to keep your child seated and still, a half charge for booked service will be assessed.

  • All appointments require a $32 non-refundable deposit that is due upon booking. There is a $2 service fee that does not go towards service.

    The remaining balance is due once the service is complete. (CASH ONLY)

  • We provide a 15 min grace period. After 15 mins of being late, you will be charged an additional $50.

    Anything after 20 minutes, you will be prompted to reschedule your appointment with new deposit required.

  • Schedule for appointments will open monthly

    We do not accept appointments after 1pm for services that lasts longer than 4 hours

    Your appointment will not begin until your scheduled time, please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes.

    All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before appointment by texting (618) 954-4824

    After we receive your confirmation text, we will send you location/address. (No DM’s or social media confirmations.)

    There is a 24 hour reschedule policy (before the appointment) if you reschedule after the 24-hour period you will be required to pay another $32 non-refundable booking deposit.

    You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE before your deposit is completely voided. After the final reschedule you will have to pay a new deposit upon rescheduling a new date.

    Late cancellation- Clients who do not cancel their appointments with proper notice, a 50% late cancellation fee will be billed to your card on file per service scheduled for cancellations less than 24 hours notice.

    No show- Clients who do not show up for their reserved appointment time, a 100% no show fee will be billed to your card on file per service scheduled & you’ll no longer be able to book with me in the future. (Communication goes a long way)-My booking service sends out an email the day before your appointment. Please understand that as a small business owner, I only make money for services rendered and trying to fill these empty spots in my schedule is difficult without appropriate and timely notice.

    Same-day appointments require a $50 fee that MUST be sent via cash app ($4beauteeforashes)

  • Hair provided for all styles

    If you require a different color than what we provide you must bring your own hair

    Styles cannot be changed on the day of service.

    Please come with hair already washed, blown out, and clean of any oils or products. (If you need a wash or blow out please choose that selection under add ons).

  • MUST have 60% of lashes remaining (both eyes). If not, you must book a full set.

    Please remove all eye makeup

    No face creams or oils in the eye area

    Lash extensions will be applied one-by-one to your natural lashes using a lash adhesive

    Please be aware of strong glue fumes

    If you have sensitive skin or have had issues with extensions I NEED to know

    We do not fill in others work

    Keep eyes closed during the application process

    Arrive on time anything after 15 minutes late you will be prompted to reschedule and pay another deposit

    Please schedule wisely! If you are in a rush i.e. have to catch a flight, pick up child(ren), etc, book your appointment 3-4 hours earlier than you have to do so.

    Eyelash extensions take time, I am a perfectionist, and I will not rush. We want to ensure your lashes are applied properly and you leave satisfied.

  • We do not offer mobile services

    No extra guests or children allowed

    Must wear a face mask while being serviced. NO EXCEPTIONS
